Ensure all documentation, inspections, insurance etc of all assets are done in a timely manner.· Oversee the disbursement process, and ensure, that all documents wrt transaction are properly executed, and, any deviations are reported to top management, and, appropriate approvals are in place for such deviations, with clear timelines and responsibility for closure.· Follow-up with relevant team for closure of pendency from leasing partners, and flag any documentation overdues beyond timelines to top management.· Proactively follow-up with leasing partners and relevant teams for monitoring information, and share the same with Due Diligence and Business Development teams, any covenant breach etc. is flagged to relevant teams and top management.· Present portfolio level reports on periodic basis of all deviations from approvals, overdue information pendency and issues noticed w.r.t asset portfolio to key stakeholdersYour Superpowers· 2-3 years of of experience in working in bank or NBFC’s credit administration department role (CAD), and, has basic understanding of documentationPlease express your interest in this role via the following form: https://forms.gle/oDskjUdv53cUe5mw7Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹700,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insurancePaid sick timeProvident FundWork from homeSchedule:Fixed shiftMonday to FridayMorning shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonus
