Primary Responsibilities:
Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
Works well in cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
Develop business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications
Primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value
Able to fine tune application code to improve performance
Support the team for application availability, reliability, and stability on a 7 by 24 by 365 basis
Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan
Work with team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements
Conduct code review to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards
Work with business to prioritize production issue resolution
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
Graduate degree and/or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in SAS
3+ years of experience with shell scripting
1+ years of experience in Python/Spark
1+ years of Healthcare experience
Experience in any of the Data Visualisation tool – Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview
Good knowledge in Dockers and Kubernetes
Strong SAS Programming skills with proficiency in SAS/Base, SAS/Macros and proc SQL
SQL skills to optimize code with huge datasets
Ability to work across a large and complex matrix of stakeholders
Excellent communication skills including listening, writing, reading and speaking skills
Able to thrive in an environment of change and fluctuating priorities
Able to analyze moderately complex data and make decisions and clearly articulate reasons for making a decision
Demonstrated mastery in report design, data analysis, and data sources
Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
Teambuilding and leadership skills
Build and manage positive working relationships with team members and managers
Preferred Qualification:
Knowledge in Azure Synapse, Azure Cloud and AI/ML
