We’re looking for a Development Engineer – Software who’ll be responsible to form a team tailored for a specific mission. You contribute to fast realization of prototypes as well as effective product development, by applying deep engineering knowledge of the most relevant coding platforms and standards, in combination with proven Agile collaboration methods and test-driven development.
You’ll be part of the Signify Mobile application R&D Team in Bangalore and its responsibilities are developing data enabled. Innovation and passion for technology must be in your DNA.
What you’ll do
Together with S/W architect, review the architecture & create the technical design needed for implementation
you’ll design, implement, deploy iOS mobile application
you’ll prototype and develop exciting new data enabled propositions
you’ll focus on developing high quality software that is easy to maintain
you’ll work in a small Agile team, collaborating on all development aspects to get things done
you’ll collaborate with developers from other teams across Signify to enable cross segment propositions
What you’ll need
Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science engineering, Information Science, or equivalent
Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant work experience in product development as Mobile app Developer
Demonstrates capabilities in iOS (Swift), Cocoa, Objective-C.
Unit testing skill is mandatory
Has demonstrated ownership for features and modules in their projects including feature and module design, practices such as code reviews, unit tests, code coverage and build sanity.
Has practical understanding of application security.
Test Driven Development is your way of developing high quality software Knowledge of software development patterns
Able to coach others in technical areas
Experience in developing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment Pipeline solutions
