Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.2. All content, graphics & campaigns.3. Team handling4. Driving all Paid Digital Marketing efforts.5. Being a thought leader in everything about Digital Marketing6. Focusing on strategic as well as tactical efforts to achieve growth7. Driving maximum business impact from campaigns based on ROI, CPA, CPTs across platforms and channels.8. Driving growth for all portfolios that cover verticals: DIY Crowdfunding/Fundraising & Accelerate Crowdfunding/Fundraising.9. Manage channels Like Google Search, Mobile Applications, Facebook, Youtube, display, Affiliate, retargeting to acquire new users.10. Manage channels to reach existing customers to drive high repeat business at a low cost, with the help of engagement tools-Mo Engage, Clever Tap – Building a CRM platform and the intelligence required to create personalized and custom flows to engage with old customers to drive repeats.11. Work on blogs and organic content creation for on-page SEO12. Plan and execute monthly and quarterly plans to scale the user base and manage marketing spend.13. Responsible for strategic partnerships and alliances.14. Visualize and build the required analytics dashboards and insight tools.15. Drive marketing efficiency through optimizing channels and campaigns for cost and performance managing both the cost of traffic and the cost of acquisition.16. Landing page and funnel optimization (working with revenue and product teams) to improve the relevance and improve conversion rates.Desired Skills: 1. MarTech (Marketing + Technology) experience in Digital Technology / Campaigns / Analytics /Content Management System / Performance Marketing / Targeting and Retargeting audience from the service industry.2. Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies.3. Experience in planning and developing go-to-market strategies.4. Basic web development and digital design skills (HTML, WordPress, etc.)5. Prior experience in handling Email Marketing.6. Prior experience in Marketing and Promoting Apps through Digital Marketing.7. Relevant Experience in communication.8. Google AdWords certification and Google Analytics certification.9. Working knowledge of campaign optimization techniques.10. Confident with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.11.
