Job Description : Job SummaryAccount Management for Ecommerce channels like Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, MSMEmart, GeMEnd to end management of online store, marketplaces & responsibility of integration with products and inventoryPlan and execute brand promotional activities to drive constant engagement with customers resulting in acquisition.Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance.Participation in partner big ticket events to capitalize on these high traffic days.Introduction of new season range to the portals, range plan suggestion and Pre Order collection.Mutually formulated monthly sell out targets with each portal, Alignment with other channels to identify slow moving articles across channelsResearch market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve Sales performance, Keyword changes, Content ChangesGather market intelligence by keeping track of new launches, competition mapping, product and design trends.Coordination with cross functional teamsContinuous reporting over whatsapp and Excel (Mandatory)Responsibilities and DutiesYou will own e-commerce revenue targets and work towards realizing themProven track record of managing Amazon’s Seller Central, Flipkart etcExperience managing and driving results from affiliate marketing programsDevelop and execute marketing activities across digital/social platforms to drive businessManage e-commerce campaign P&L, prepare monthly reporting and data analysis to develop insightsAccountable for traffic, conversion, product sales and other web KPIsPlan, analyze, test and optimize the entire visit-to-lead-to-purchase funnel continuously improving onsite performanceDevelop briefs for design and development teams to produce assets, new features, and landing pagesTroubleshoot any issues that arise during production or development process to ensure on time and on strategy deliveryUpdate/upload assets, promotions and products onto the e-commerce shop via a CMSManage email calendars and interface with CRM to conceptualize, build and deploy engaging promotions using self-service toolsProvide support to manage and maintain relationships with bloggers, influencers and brand ambassadorsAssist in conceptualizing, planning and developing compelling original contentImprove online shop, and e-commerce functionalities along with the Solutions teamCome up with insights around ecommerce businessManage vendors who provide e-commerce services such as email provider, personalization engine etc.Improve member engagement by optimizing UX and Campaigns using tools like A/B testingLeverage tools like Google Analytics, QlikView, Peerius for web analytics, data visualization & personalizationDevelop creative and consumer inspiring marketing ideas to leverage these events on the ecommerce annual calendar and ensure they are executed in consistent manner across all channelsQualifications and SkillsCollege graduate with 2 -3 years’ experiencePrior work experience in digital marketing / e-commerce requiredSuccessful track record driving above market online conversion ratesAccount management experience or skillsExperience with PPC, SEO, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing is a strong plus.Experience in website and online shop management as well as email marketingGoogle AdWords, Facebook Ad manager or other Media Management tool is a plusExperience setting rigorous A/B testing, OST and MVTStrong analytical and reporting skills, along with experience in tools such as Google Analytics.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleInternet reimbursementWork from homeSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:YesEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:total work: 3 years (Required)
