WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Manufacturing Quality Product auditor (appr. 11 plants). Performs audits in several different product groups

Harvesting
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Manufacturing Quality Product Audit specialist, works together with the Central Manufacturing quality team mainly within EMEA.
The Manufacturing Quality Product audit specialist is the reference for Q perception of our customers.
Product Audit management of current product (minimum 2 for every Plant yearly)
Pad maintenance Audit and PCPA Pad audits (minimum 2 for every Plant yearly)
Support internationals Exhibition (all the important events, Hannover, Intermat, …)
Benchmarking Product Audits (minimum 4 checks for 3 brands for every model)
Perform phase audits and process audits (PCPA) in different stages of the manufacturing process
Support the Quality Plant in the launch of the new product
Support manufacturing criticality (upon the important request)
Drives and follow up on No-conformities found during their product audit activities.
Provide training and coach the plants for Quality manufacturing/ Product Audit team
Increase the robustness of the Manufacturing processes at launches and during standard production by Carry out Process Control Plan Audits to validate and to improve the process robustness of manufacturing during the implementation phase of the Launch of the new products.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge technical mechanic or electric
5 -7 years of experience with agriculture vehicles.
Thorough knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Quality Processes and Systems.
Testing knowledge is preferred.
License B, C, D, E, K are appreciated.
Knowledge of English language is mandatory.
