Prabodhan initially started from various non-profit activities then primary school and grown to establish many verticals.We are looking for Head of Finance who is capable of managing finance and budgets for all units that come under Prabodhan Group. The candidate must have excellent leadership capabilities, finance acumen, strong and positive mindset to manage the staff of all units.Prabodhan Group has many verticals some are mentioned below –1) Agriculture Polytechnic College, Diksai, Jalgaon2) Agriculture Polytechnic College, Nandurbar.3) Matoshree Primary School, Jalgaon4) Atmanirbhar Agro Farmer Producer Company, Jalgaon5) Prabodhan Health Club, Jalgaon6) Maharashtra Machhimar Sahakari Sanstha, Jalgaon7) Maharashtra Sheli Mendhi Sahakari Sanstha, Jalgaon8) Prabodhan Agriculture Farm.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparing yearly budgets for all units.Managing Organization’s finances.Preparing financial modeling, product costing, pricing and feasibility of new projects and existing projects.Forecasting in terms of finances such as sales, potential losses etc.Making sure of timely auditing and taxes of all units. Coordinating with CA and accountants.Making sure all accounting entries are done in time from accountants.Suggesting improvements in better budgeting and allocating finance resources.Time to time coordination and communication with banks and resolving their queries.Coordination with banks and Govt. officials in terms of finance such as subsidies, etc.Looking after salaries, reimbursement vouchers and payroll tax compliances of employees.Managing vendors, customers and their invoices, debit and credit notes etc.Timely payment collection from customers.Involvement in strategic planning of organization.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹300,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Finance: 3 years (Preferred)total work: 5 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
