Individual responsibility role
Create HR Policies and employee operating manual from scratch
Coordinate with various vendors like PF / ESI consultants / ISO certification consultants etc
Visit branches every 2 months (should be ready to travel)
Monthly Salary report generation / Leave report generation etc / offer generation
Coordinate with vendors for asset procurement like AC phones laptop PC etc
Should be highly energetic and proactive
Male candidate age 32-40 preferred
Base location – Cochin
