Job Description : Job Description:Utilize networking and prospecting skills to generate leads and identify strategic solution-based sales/BD opportunities.Use LinkedIn/Emails to generate high-quality B2B leads for IT Services especially custom mobile app development.Manage sales life-cycle for all accounts. Should be able to handle complete sales lifecycle.Well-versed with technology with at least 3 years experience working for IT Services company.Achieve/exceed sales goals, sustain revenue growth and provide recommendations to enhance account growth and revenue potential.Preparation and execution of strategic account plans, status reports, sales, and revenue forecasting, and quota attainment.Become proficient in Innovantes’s offerings, working to understand customers’ needs and providing service solutions.Develop strategic plans based on industry and customer analysis.Lead and guide other team members on enterprise accounts and participate in providing input on sales and marketing collateral.Requirements: 3+ years experience selling IT solutions and services (mobile apps, web solutions, and digital transformation), working with large high-profile accounts (This is a core requirement).This is NOT a Remote position. The candidate must be willing to relocate or must be present in Chandigarh/Tricity.Ability to work independently as an individual contributor and achieve and exceed the sales quotaProficient in EnglishExhibits a “hunter” mentality and possesses an outstanding ability to close sales.Proven record and strong capability to generate leads, pursue opportunities and sell.Experience selling at C-level.Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
