Job Description : Manager – Visualization
As BI manager, you will have to understand visualization projects, lead initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional partners and vendors to create effective insightful visualization.
Drive project effectively by owning the dashboard development lifecycle (requirement gathering, design, implementation and optimisation)
Ensure business needs are met leading BI Team in collaboration with project owners and clients
Create Technical Architectures for BI Process & Data Management
Manage projects to ensure activities are occurring as per plan – scope and schedule
Create action plans to mitigate shortfalls in timelines
Oversee all BI operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality
Develop strategies for effective data visualization and reporting, ability to analyse data sets and present insights that will drive action

Qualifications – External
Education:
A degree in Computer Science / Statistics / Data management or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent work experience

Skills & Experience:
2+ years’ experience in Data Visualization Team Lead
2+ years in a corporate analytics & customer experience environment
Working knowledge of Power BI is must, experience in other BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik desirable
Experience with Excel, SQL, relational databases and data warehouse methodologies
Experience with programming languages (Python, R etc.) desirable
Experience working with large datasets
Awareness of managing cloud infrastructure costs & pricing models
A good understanding of statistical techniques
Strong project management skills, ability to manage one or more large, complex projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
