What will I be doing?

Drive and deliver on analytics and reporting engagements to enable data-driven decision-making for all Zenoti customers.
Establish and deliver on key engagement metrics across multiple charters of analytics and reporting offerings related to change management, user experience, etc to measure and improve the business growth in consulting and delivery.
Create and manage processes to help improve the overall engagement model. Be a strong influencer in driving product charter for analytical and reporting platforms.
Design and implement data-driven projects including data pipelines, reporting, and alerting modules.
Work closely with all the key stakeholders to understand and mitigate gaps around reporting ecosystem.
Manage and support your analytics and team members to ensure they can achieve their objectives and organizational goals.
Talk to customers, translate all the business problems to viable technical solutions in a cost-effective mechanism.
Lead a team of consultants and actively contribute towards business development to generate additional projects by identifying and pitching new ideas and solutions to the customers.
What skills do I need?

11+ years of experience in leading and driving analytics and data-driven consulting. Minimum 5+ years in cloud technologies on data and reporting platforms.
Profound experience in enterprise cloud data warehouse/ storage/ analytics stack like AWS Redshift, S3, Python, Azure/ Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI. Excellent understanding of data warehousing / data mart/ data lake concepts
Excellent problem-solving skills and consulting skills.
Strongly solution-oriented with the ability to design the key deliverables with the best design practices.
College degree specialized in computer sciences or equivalent.
