Job Description : Mission statements
To execute innovative digital marketing plans for the Diabetes BU
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop digital strategies for leading Sanofi diabetes brands targeting HCPs and patients. Support brand planning and marketing activities.
Responsible for ongoing measurement and optimization of digital programs/campaigns.
Conduct digital landscape assessments, develop customer journeys, data-driven customer profiles and integrated multi-channel strategies
Develop measurement plans and integrated reports. Analyze performance data and make improvement recommendations
Stay abreast of emerging digital (healthtech) trends. Create points-of-view and recommendations surrounding emerging channels/platforms for HCPs and patients
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language
Digital Marketing strategy and Digital analytics
Knowledge of the latest trends in Digital marketing including latest techniques
Understanding of the domestic Pharmaceutical Industry
Digital Marketing skills
Execution capabilities and experience of running Digital platforms/marketing campaigns
Define metrics and use data sources for insights and data-driven decision making
Qualifications
Graduate degree and Master’s degree in Business Administration
A total experience of 5-8 years in a marketing / digital marketing domain
Previous experience in developing and managing digital campaigns and projects in pharmaceutical or consumer health – Prefrably Digital health platforms / Pharma Digital experience
