Job Description : Based in India, the Reporting and Data Analyst is a role within Group Ethics & Integrity (“E&I”) with the responsibility of analysing data across multiple technology platforms and completing regular management information reports. Specific accountabilities include:· Supporting the drafting and completion of country, regional and group governance and management reports covering E&I programme areas such as Speak Up, Investigations and Training, in addition to adhoc briefings, presentations and other matters, as required· Contributing to the design, development and management of the E&I effectiveness dashboard and programme implementation / milestone tracker· Develop and design materials for governance meetings and committees such as slide decks and other dashboards· Support tracking and reporting on preventative and corrective action status as a result of investigations undertaken into allegations / concerns of potential serious breaches of our Codes of Business Conduct and Ethics· Analyse and report on Annual E&I Pledge and Declaration completion rates globally· Analyse and report on results of the Annual E&I Survey· Support other E&I team members with monitoring and risk review reporting· Assist with systems administration of E&I technologies and portal· Work closely with IT teams to develop and optimise the approach to enhancing E&I’s analytical and reporting capabilitiesTo be considered for this position it is essential that you have: · Minimum university/degree level education with 5+ years’ experience in a similar role or a role where skills and experience are transferrable· Proficiency in use of analytics and visualisation tools such as PowerBI, Tableau etc· A self-starter with proficiency in conducting large and complex data analysis· Skills and experience in developing software/computer scripts to improve data consolidation, analysis and reporting is highly desirable· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel· Process oriented with great documentation skills· Inclusive and flexible style with an openness to receive and provide feedback· Excellent analytical skills, with significant attention to detail· Strong work ethics and the ability to multitask· Strong written English language and presentation skills· Exemplary and unquestionable personal integrity· Excellent active listening and communication skills· Additional language(s) is advantageousJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Monday to Friday
