Skills
Min 5 years of experience as scrum master using agile methodology and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, P, Lean etc.
Detailed knowledge of Agile techniques such as: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pair and Mob Programming, Automated Testing.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and has practical problem-solving skills, is a critical thinker, and self-starter
Superior communications skills with all levels of an organization including coaching and negotiations.
Demonstrated ability to work successfully with demanding schedule constraints and distributed teams.
Demonstrated Lean-Agile Practitioner
Expertise in agile scaling patterns or structures
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
Strong Core JAVA Skills, Microservices, Rest API, Spring, Hibernate, Web sockets, CICD
Build traditional and serverless applications on an AWS Platform including EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3. Solid experience with SQL/NoSQL and cloud-based technologies.
Good at AWS & ELK stack (Elastic Search, Logstash & Kibana)
Strong knowledge of CI tools like Jenkins to align with the Dev-Ops Deployment process.
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) work environments
Good to have:
Experience working as Scrum master within the SAFe framework.
Experience with Business strategy and management frameworks that employ agile as a competitive business advantage
Eg Lean Start-Up, product innovation techniques, flow-based business process management approaches, and other techniques that relate to innovating in the business domain
Experience/Exposure with the following technologies/tools: JIRA, Jama, miro,
SAFe Agilest certification
Certified Scrum Master Certification
Hands-on software development experience, e.g. as a developer, QA, etc.
Aerospace, Aviation, Wireless Telecommunication experience, Satellite, and/or cellular
Knowledge of Avionics systems
Experience in containerization with Docker or Kubernetes will be an advantage and bonus.
Experience in Reactjs, Redux, Modular CSS, Javascript is a plus.
