We work in a highly collaborative environment, curating a kickass family of skills for all our stakeholders.Roles & Responsibilities: Translating creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into an engaging and effective copy.Collaborate closely with the Art team throughout concept development, presentation, and execution.Adhere to consistent use of language and strategies across multiple components of a campaign by demonstrating advanced copywriting expertise across a variety of marketing executions including but not limited to, advertising, marketing collateral, direct mail, and digital communication.Interacting with project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics.Maintaining high standards of copywriting and exercising quality control on all copy.Participate in client meetings and presentations. Represent the agency at client meetings and social events as required.Manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly.Thorough understanding of social media marketing, viral marketing, influencer campaigns, video production, storyboarding, etc.Should maintain a consistent flow of language across platforms and stay consistent with the ongoing theme and visual direction.Check all copy that is generated by team members and offer feedback when necessaryEdit content for grammar, accuracy, clarity, consistency, and coherence.Who can applyOnly those candidates can apply who have the following qualifications and skills:Experience as a copywriter for B2B / B2C in an advertising or digital agency environment (including experience in mainline copywriting, digital media, and content marketing)Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for varied projects with diverse audiencesGood at strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development, and creative executionAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle diverse writing demandsProven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlinesOpenness to constructive criticism and flexibility with regards to adaptation and modificationA bachelor’s degree or higher in journalism, communications, or a related field.If you imagine yourself working in a team of goal-oriented, fun-loving people (of all shapes and sizes), Apply now and join our tribe of creative folks.
