Position: Senior Credit-Renewable Capital
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: Head Renewable Capital
Duties and Responsibilities
In-depth credit evaluation of business leads based on financial statements, credit rating reports, industry reports, market information, economic conditions etc.Evaluate financial model for tariff quotation to the clients based on variable factorsPower Consumption analysis of the client for determining the solar plant capacityUnderstanding of State policy and applicable charges for Solar IndustryWork closely with Business development team for closure of Power Purchase Agreement, Share Holder agreement, etc.Assist in project finance and term sheet evaluation from time to timePeriodic audit/review the performance of existing portfolio to flag off any potential risk and its proposed mitigantsExisting portfolio to be reviewed based on the financial performance, industry and economic conditions, business competitiveness, management strength, etcImplement appropriate control checks for efficient portfolio management & processes to be evolved from time to time based on market dynamicsRegular tracking of all developments w.r.t to solar IndustryPreparation of sector wise SWOT analysis on quarterly basis for internal circulationPreparation of MIS reports and management presentation for analytical insightManage relationships with internal stakeholders and external clientsTraining & monitoring performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations
Requirements:
Chartered Accountant/ MBA with 10+ years of post-qualification experience in Credit & Risk profileStrong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Power PointStrong communication and managerial skillsStrong leadership skills and supervisory responsibilityMaturity and ability to handle pressureBe highly flexible, adaptable, creative and willing to put in extra hours as and when role demands to meet deadline
