Your Role:
The Source to Pay (S2P) Sr. Manager will be the Centre of Excellence for all matters relating to Procurement operations including Indirect Procurement & Expense Payments.
This role offers exposure to not just Procurement and Finance teams but also cross functional teams across global and local organizations. This role also offers a unique opportunity to understand and drive thought leadership around the implementation of STP process, design and systems.
The role includes partnering with senior stake holders in Procurement and Finance teams in ekaterra.
The successful candidate will drive new insights into running the Procurement operations and become a trusted leader within the organization.
Your Key Tasks:
Full ownership and custodianship of S2P process.
Lead the definition and implementation of process and technology changes needed to enable S2P operations for Day 1 and standalone.
Set up design to Manage S2P Operations globally in S4 Hana system
Develop Global Process Model (GPM) and be the guardian of GPM.
Drive adherence to ekaterra Control Framework.
Drive ongoing process and technology changes in S2P operations.
Partner with 3rd party service provider, business stakeholders, controls, IT and other support functions to provide seamless service delivery and innovative projects.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across S2P cycle (including upstream Procurement process)
Drive best in class customer/user/supplier experience
Drive continuous improvement and ensure service levels are available, monitored and met.
Mentor team members for higher performance
Lead STP Operations for ekaterra organisation
Stakeholder Management and key interfaces:
Finance controllers in markets
Information Technology (IT) teams
Third party service providers (3PSPs)
Process Excellence & Capabilities (PEC) team
Corporate Audit team
Flexibility for this Role (Working Model, Mobility):
Open towards flexible working models
In principle office-based, currently working from home due to CV19 restrictions
Travel 20%, or now limited due to CV19
Skills and Experience
Candidate Background (hard facts):
Educational Background/Work History:
Business Management degree in Procurement or Qualified Accountant with 10-12 years of working experience in Procurement process and operations.
Process design development and transformation experience
In-depth functional knowledge & working experience in S2P processes in SAP, preferably with
Understanding and excellent application of Analytical tools – Power BI & Microsoft Excel and proficiency in using PowerPoint would be highly desirable.
SAP knowledge in S2P tools that are being used in Unilever. Person with S4 Hana experience would be added advantage
