Job Summary:
The Developer position is responsible for creating information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions. It will provide the technical project guidance on all IT projects which can encompass multiple systems, functions, locations and countries. The technical project guidance includes the overall IT responsibility for the technical investigation, planning, design, construction and implementation and post go live support for a range of systems. This role can also include the day-to-day technical support of key systems includes the responsibility for the IT team providing the technical support, ensuring that the systems are highly available and reliable.
Job Responsibilities:
Teamcenter PLM experience, review current requirements/process, provide input for design changes and future process.
Experience in BMIDE configuration, ITK customizations, Rich Client customizations, SOA and Workflow customizations.
Rich Client customization for any new requirement, enhancements and breakfixes
Server Side customization (Handlers, extensions, custom methods, stand-alone ITK and SOA)
Teamcenter upgrade. Customization code upgrade.
Teamcenter Configuration related customization (Workflow, BMIDE, Preferences, Structure Manager, Query Builder, Access manager, Projects, Organization, Report Designer/Builder etc.)
Testing applications after code/configuration changes and deployment.
Manufacturing exp is a must with experience on MPP module, Structure Manager, BOP, BOM, EBOM, TC Vis modules etc
Maintains an understanding of AGCO’s business processes and the application systems/infrastructure that supports them.
Coordinate and work with other developers to understand integration points within other systems, grasp the impact of all proposed system changes. Provide guidance on integration with other modules and satellite solutions.
Lead the development and design for complex data integration and transformation opportunities for global and regional data projects, and follow the appropriate change control procedures including the creation and ownership of technical specifications, and testing documentation.
Identify areas of continuous improvement to reduce overall support requirements.
Recommend and prepare documentation on best practices, development procedures, reporting, and strategic opportunities.
Define support procedures to routine problems that can be handled by the helpdesk, super user or second level IT support organizations.
Ensure that the systems being support have a high level of availability and reliability and comply with any service level agreements.
Participate in the change management process to ensure smooth transition/hand offs between infrastructure and application teams.
Monitor performance and provide responsive action to issues maintaining high-level internal customer satisfaction to required service level performance measures, through the successful resolution of customer requests/issues/change requests.
Ensure individual and team compliance with all AGCO policies and procedures including Sarbanes Oxley, IT and Security. Follow established governance processes and standards.

Programming languages to provide solutions for system integrations- C , Java, JavaScript, Shell Scripts, Perl, XML, PLMXML, Teamcenter ITK, Teamcenter SOA Services, BMIDE, RAC Customization, JBuilder, SQL
Teamcenter Developer with AngularJS & Active Workspace Customization
Familiar with git source control and ALM best practices
IT Development standards
Function design, specification and testing procedures
Technical solutions used to provide the installed systems
Potential technical solutions for future business requirements
Problem management procedures
IT Change Management Process
All systems being supported and their impacts both regionally and globally
Good working knowledge of the following:
Day-to-day operational environment locally, regionally and globally
Project Management tools, techniques, processes and methodologies
Work with AGCO technology services teams to establish partnership to deliver the quality development services
Previous experience with Mobile, ERP, and other application development knowledge is a plus.
Working experience with Windows based TC platform and coordination skills to deliver the development outcomes
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Detailed understanding of the business areas supported by the systems is required to ensure solutions meet true business needs and requirements.
Agricultural experience is a plus.
Discreet Manufacturing experience is preferred plus.
Global company experience is a plus.
Strong communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management.
Successfully influences diverse groups and teams in a complex, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment to deliver value-added solutions.
