The team you’ll be part of
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
What you will learn and contribute to
Are you passionate about solving problems?
As part of our team, you will:

Need L3 or above technical skills to troubleshoot Nokia Network Management products such as – NetAct, Archive Cloud, NOM, DCAP, UTF, NEBR etc..
Be end to end ownership of cases raised by customers and internal stakeholders till final resolution.
Close coordination with Nokia R&D team and third party technical support teams for faster and reliable solution to the cases.
Handling Emergency & Critical technical faults.
Ensure contractual SLAs and business KPIs are met/exceeded.

Your skills and experience
You have:

Software: Nokia NetAct, NARC, DCAP, NOM, UTF, Linux, Windows
Database: Oracle, others
Virtualization: VMWare, OpenStack
Programming languages: Java, Python, Perl, C/C++
Hardware: Servers/Blades, Enclosures, Interconnect Modules (HP, Brocade, Dell)
SAN Storage: EMC, HP, Dell

It would be nice if you also had:
Networking: LAN/WAN Products: Cisco, Juniper, HP Telecom: Cellular Networks familiarity (GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G) Problem-solving (troubleshooting) Software Change Knowledge Management 3rd Party product technical support Drives Results Plans & Aligns Drives Vision and Purpose Analytical thinking Decision-making Effective written and verbal communication Ability to work under pressure Multitasking, outstanding time management Results-driven, eager to collaborate, learn, self-develop and tackle challenges.
