Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including product management, chip architecture, and embedded software.
Experience with customer interface and support.

About the job
As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate and enable product teams within Google that use Google Silicon. You will provide software support to internal Google customers using Google Silicon. In this role, you will bridge customer requirements with an internal plan of record, identify gaps in requirement, and proposes solutions to mitigate the gaps.

Responsibilities
Collaborate and support Google partner teams with understanding, integrating, customizing, building, and bringing up software on devices based on Google Silicon.
Manage technical aspects of the product cycle with internal customers. Create high-quality presentations and deliver technical information sessions and software workshops on our Silicon.
Ensure the cross-functional engagements have a clear path to launch.
Organize and deliver core technical solutions to fill gaps with existing software.
Develop and maintain software support documentation for Google Silicon and develop technical marketing collateral (e.g., white papers, blogs, tutorials, and demonstrations.).
