To meet sales revenue targets of 25 Cr a Year.

To develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.

Should have Minimum Experience in Surgical Ophthalmic Territory as Team Manager – 8 Years.

Team Management – Minimum – 4 to 5 RSM/ASM & Zone Span of Control 25 to 30 people

Percentage of Business through CMA – Min. – 50%

KOL / FOL Engagement in a Year – Minimum 24
Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Must have Knowledge of Advance Technologies – IOL’s & Equipment

Should have good mentoring skills.

Regional and English Language

Basic Technical Knowledge

Age Limit 32 – 40 Years

Experience – 12 – 16 Years
