Job Description : This is a key global role within the Coats Digital marketing team, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager. The purpose of this role is to support the Digital Marketing Manager in developing and executing digital marketing initiatives, as set out by the digital marketing strategy, utilising the latest digital marketing tools, techniques and channels, to achieve business goals of increasing Coats Digital brand awareness and marketing qualified leads.Strategy & PlanningWith a view to developing a performance marketing mindset, the Assistant Digital Marketing Manager will help build and track audience and impact metrics and develop a dashboard to present a single source of truth with a consolidated view of all marketing leads along the sales cycle, from first touch to close.In seeking continuous improvement of digital marketing campaigns, ensure we can track, analyse and report on all activities.Support the Digital Marketing Manager to organise and execute email marketing campaigns, including email nurtures (e.g. product-specific; re-engagement and cross-sell), as well as provide quality assurance (i.e. email testing) of email campaigns, including url testing, creative and content approvals and email deployment approvals.Understand the end-to-end customer experience with the Coats Digital brand and create appropriate touch points that are highly efficient and effective to encourage target personas to convert and progress in their journey, particularly when interacting with the website.Research and identify the latest digital marketing strategies, tactics and tools, and evaluate competitor’s digital marketing initiatives to share ideas with the Digital Marketing Manager that could help to deliver competitive advantage.WebsiteWork alongside with Digital Marketing Manager to populate and optimise the Coats Digital website for user experience / journey and drive lead generation.Work with marketing and cross functional teams to create, monitor and improve campaign driven pages on the Coats Digital website including landing pages, event and news updates and customer testimonials.Maintain News and Insight section of website (press releases, case studies, white papers, etc) including all content generated across mutli-functional teams.Optimise website using SEO (technical, on-page, content and off-page) and SEM (keyword research and PPC advertising) campaigns to increase organics and paid traffic.Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixesDigital ToolsUse data and technology to send the right content, to the right prospect / customer, at the right time, through the right channel.Be a Super User and share knowledge of Coats Digital key digital platforms and tools including MS Dynamics CRM, Hubspot, Frontify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Trends, Search Console, Yoast, CMS (WordPress), heat maps, social platforms and any other tools necessary.Support team with profile, adverts/listings in appropriate business directories.Marketing Automation Tools and ProcessesHelp improve processes for a more streamlined approach to market.Maintain marketing automation tool(s) and prospect/customer database (CRM).Ensure we are working within GDPR/PECR.Create, optimise and test campaign and event landing pages using Click Dimensions or any other marketing automation tool, to promote the Coats Digital brand and solutions.Digital Marketing CampaignsManage and coordinate inbound leads for all products using the CRM, ensuring missing data is populated before assigning to sales for follow up.Support the development of best in class, cross-channel, integrated digital marketing campaigns which support seamless transition between online and offline to create a 360-degree user journey.Build and optimise campaign landing pages that drive high conversion rates, always keeping on top of the latest tools and techniques that could be incorporated to improve conversions. Campaign landing pages to be built either on website or on the marketing automation platform.Support the Digital Marketing Manager with analysing and reporting on paid campaigns, delivering and executing recommendations for continuous improvement, to ensure achievement of agreed KPIs.Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels utilised by the campaign in close partnership with the Product and Brand team.Undertake, as requested, other activities that may be outside of your area of focus but contribute to the overall success of Coats Digital.KPI’sJointly responsible, alongside the Digital Marketing Manager, for the tracking, measurement, analysis, reporting and continuous improvement of performance against agreed KPIs for website, PPC and SEM, email campaigns including monthly reporting.Education, Qualifications and ExperienceEssentialAt least 2-3 years experience in digital marketing.Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Fluent English a must.Good content creation skills.Strong project management skills.In-depth experience of, PPC SEM and SEO (including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).In-depth Google Analytics experience.Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems.Working knowledge of WordPress.Good understanding of PowerPoint, Excel, Word.Ability to work independently and as as part of a team in a fast paced environment.Excellent attention to detail and high personal standards.Organised with the ability to deliver to agreed deadlines.DesirableBachelor’s degree, or equivalent marketing related qualification.Hands on experience of email marketing campaigns.Experience working with key marketing and sales tools (Click Dimensions and MS Dynamics a plus).Experience of fashion and textile industry.Previous experience of managing web projects.Video creation and optimisation experience/ skills.Solid appreciation of working in a fast moving, hyper growth environment.Growth mindset and willingness to learn.Salary is commensurate with experience.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹5.00 per yearBenefits:Work from homeSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Performance bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Digital marketing: 3 years (Required)PPC, SEM and SEO: 2 years (Required)Hubspot: 1 year (Preferred)
