What will you do?
1.Vision: Understand the company vision , align the product vision and evangelize the same across the cross-functional teams
2.Execute: This means being constantly biased towards action, being in the details with data, focusing on the most important problems, building strong collaborative relationships with other teams, always& thinking of the customer first, and rapidly iterating towards something demonstrably awesome.
3.Internalize CarDekho’s existing products and then align your team’s mission, strategy and roadmap with this direction.
4.Craft a coherent product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Also Champion and ship bold product bets that will significantly alter the business trajectory.
5.Manage and guide a team of PMs and designers and optimistically keep teams and direct reports focused on #winning.

Experience Range:
1 – 3 years
Educational Qualifications:
B.Tech/B.E in Computers,
Job Responsibilities:
Overall over 3years of experience with a minimum of 2 years experience in Product Management delivering highly successful and innovative products, experience in building and managing lending product would be preferred
Work with cross functional team in development
Sales support for smooth business operation
Reporting analysis to metricize the business
Gathering & raising requirement, creating used business case and work with tech team for process enhancement
Analyze sales & customer issues to identify improvement areas and fill in the gaps
Product ops, customer service experience would be a plus

MySQL, Excel, Analysis Reports, Product Management,
