Job Objective
Planning of testing, preparing effort estimations, designing test cases and reviewing them.
Primary Responsibilities
Functional:
Test case preparation & ExecutionDesigning test cases and reviewing them on a periodical basisManaging defects and bugs and getting timely resolution to meet the release timelineExploring and introducing automation testing tools and methods to make the process stronger
Internal process
Coordinate with development team to understand the customer requirements and analysisDevelop and review the test casesReporting bugs and defects on a timely basis and ensure closure of projects
People Development:
Cross Functional Training – At least 2 sessions every year.

Educational and Experience Requirements
B.E. Computer science/ electronics6-7 years
Master in Electronics/ Software
Technical Competencies & Personas
Persona-Partner

Persona-Integrator
Manual and Automation Testing
Extensive knowledge and understanding of SDLC and STLC concepts
Knowledge of Test Management and Defect Management tools. (Bugzilla, JIRA, QC, ALM)
Experience in web-based and Desktop (Windows/Linux) Applications
Knowledge of Electronics, Embedded system software testing preferred
