Job Description
Sales Target and Strategy
Monitor and guide CH’s/Sales Team and ensure achievement of business objective
Overall coordination of branches under the State/ Region, for attaining the target and thereby improving the portfolio
Ensuring recruitment, training, retention and mentoring talents
Strategies promotional activities of products and services
Remain updated market development and trend and apprise vertical head
Stay updated on the recent changes in policy guidelines and educate Sales Team
Assist Vertical Head in product design
Sales Planning
Assist CH’s/Sales Team in chalking sales / marketing strategies
Coordinate with cross functional/ other vertical business departments to facilitate business by branches
Assist Vertical Head in planning and organizing Sales/ Marketing
Establish sales reporting mechanisms as per company standards
Conducting periodic performance reviews of Sales Team.
Evaluation of performance vis-à-vis the competitors of the locality
Achieving Operational Efficiency
Timely intervention ensuring sales quality and sales target and repeat business
Study and analyse the service quality by visiting / interacting branches and customers and recommend remedial measures.
Follow up with branches on compliance of internal audit matters, monitor
Minimise customer complaints.
Maintain liaison with Zonal Manager/ Area Manager/ Departments in Zonal/ Head Office for speedy resolution of problems faced by branches.
Any other tasks assigned by the Bank
