Key Responsibilities : Customer Advocate providing support to users/administrators of our platform Contributing to the growth of best practices for delivery of support services Understand our platform, cloud technologies and troubleshooting practices to ensure successful resolution of challenging technical situations Manage and resolve all issues Have strong Linux/Unix Systems Administration knowledge, including shell scripting, and a proficiency in at least one development language
Technical Experience : Cloud Security: Prisma, DivvyCloud, Azure Security Center, O365 Secure Score, Salesforce Risk InspectorData Encryption: Thales Key Secure, ProtectFile, Solarwinds SCP, Azure Sentinel, KQL, Native SQL, Azure SQL, Synapse, MySQL, Nutanix and Rubric Data Classification: Spirion, Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics Salesforce DLP Cloud and Email: DLP, CASB, Secure Web Gateway, Proofpoint Data Masking: Informatic TDM, Informatic IICS, Informatic DDM, Salesforce native, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse native
Professional Attributes : Should be open to work in shifts, Travel to other locations when required, willing to learn new technologies cross skilling, Upskilling Good Communication presentation
Educational Qualification : Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience
