Key responsibilities
Create fact based actionable insights through application of
analytical capabilities and collaboration.Provide stakeholders with multicultural background across Maersk operations with fact based technical analysis and actionable insights to improve
execution and planning.
Methodological approach during data analysis, data collection
and data transformations with proactively taking guidance
from team or stakeholders where required. Support team to develop new innovative products for emission reductions and fuel
optimisation across Maersk operations.
Be an active member in projects/initiatives to find potential pathways to reduce Maersk’s emissions across the supply chain.
We are looking for
To be considered for this position you need to be motivated by working in an environment with rapid changing priorities.
You also need to be the person who in a challenging situation maintains the overview and takes the long-term impact of a given decision. You need to have good communication and presentation skills in
English
What we are looking for:
Graduate, preferably in a Quantitative stream like engineering, statistics, physics etc.or Environmental Science.
1-4 years of relevant experience in analytics and holds a data science
related certification.
Ability to understand and communicate complex concepts to
internal / external stakeholders.

Prior experience from working with Logistics data or energy related
data insights is an advantage.
Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Basic understanding of Machine Learning and statistics
fundamentals.
Basic programming skills in “R” or “Python” (or both), understanding
of basic SQL queries and comfortable in Excel.
Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI / Tableau and cloud platforms
like Databricks or AWS is an advantage.
