IT projects and process improvements
Continuously monitoring the processes and system workflow, identifying gap, recommending solutions for automations and ensuring implementation of solution(s)
Documentation of requirements or changes in form of BRDs/requirement document and ensuring elicitation of requirements with IT for system development
Conducting UAT, Coordination with IT for deployment of calls
Ensuring timey reporting of system bugs or issues and getting
Legal case management
Preparation of SCN
WS Approvals and interaction with legal team to file our statements and take decision to appeal against awards on the merit of the case.
Maintain and share weekly and monthly tracker for the legal cases intimated
Audit compliance
Handling of Internal as well as external audits (IRDA, Stat Audit etc.)
Maintain audit compliance
MIS
Oversee the process of MIS & report generation to ensure all reports are generated on time and accurately
Automation of MIS across business function
Overview the timely & correct submission of MIS requirements from all stakeholders including Govt, IRDAI, Reinsurer and Internal Stakeholder
