Job Description : Full timePosition: – Education CounselorQualification: -GraduationExperience: -6months Experience in Counselor/FresherAbout your new role: -Handling student admission processes for International study destinations, effectively addressing their queries regarding studying abroad and providing comprehensive consultancy with an end-to-end solution.Attain a complete understanding of students’ eligibility & suggest the most appropriate Country, Course, and University/College.Provide detailed and accurate information regarding admission and visa documentation and other mandatory requirements.Responsible for handling all aspects of the admission process including case filing with the university; updating the students through regular communication, visa application filing and address to any student query.Working on the in-house tools and CRMs.Any other task assigned by the Manager.Skills Required: -Comfortable working with Customer Relationship Management tools.Candidates should have effective convincing and selling skills.Excellent Communication skills in English and Hindi.
