Job Description : The key responsibilities of this role area. Know each teacher ( introduction)b. Observe the classes and provide feedback one on one basis. The trainer shall address each area by providing specific inputs and corrections along with remedial support and check for improvements in the next classes.c. Maintain every teacher’ s language development progress record.(format attached)d. Share with the Principal on a weekly basis and update the progress.e. Group the teachers based on the areas of improvement required.f. Conduct trainings for teachers in small groups on need basis.g. Check for the impact of training during class observations and progress.h. Conduct monthly evaluations providing specific tasks and metricsEG-CoAE- Job description & SOP- English Proficiency Guidei. Capture the scores and prepare report.Class observations: a. Each teacher can be observed at least once in a week for 15-20 minutes and feedback shall be captured.b. The observations will be only of the English Language skill and not the subject.c.
