Job Description : Job description : -The candidate will look after all the agri-operations across our hydroponic farms in Chennai.- They will be responsible for (but not limited to) looking after the day to day operations of the farms which includes planning, execution & scheduling of planting & transplanting, nutrient management, irrigation, HVAC control within the poly-house, pest & disease management and harvest so as to complete operations in a timely manner- Planning and scheduling of harvest & planting cycles based on instructions from the executives.- Maintaining data records for each harvest & planting cycle and reporting to the concerned department head with the same.- Ensuring Key Parameter indices of productivity & production are matched as per budgetary requirements.- Ensuring robust maintenance of inventory for the farm’s operations so as to ensure smooth production.-Must be able to take necessary pest control & disease prophylactic measures.- Will be travelling between farms, alternating as per farm requirements-Ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and organized manner.Ideal candidate :Should have a minimum of 1-3 yrs of experience. Candidates with hydroponics knowledge/ experience will be given preference. Should have a basic knowledge of MS office. Should be okay with travelling between farms , candidates with bikes preferred.
