We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller, to undertake all aspects of financial management,
including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as
development of internal control policies and procedures. One would need strategic planning and exceptional …

This role will be reporting to the U.S. Entity CFO and finance org, as well as the key operational leaders of the
business.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Developing Organizational Financial Strategy: Work with executive decision-makers to minimize risk and identify
growth opportunities. Use advanced accounting skills to generate actionable insights from technical and financial
data.
Defining best practices for Finance: A thought leader and subject matter expert defining the standard procedures
and managing all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory
Accounting and Revenue Recognition
Supervising and Reviewing Accounting Practices: Building a strong the team below and managing through
leadership. Check for accuracy and ensure that all work meets applicable compliance standards. Manage and
comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
Commanding a strong senior presence: A thought leader/ subject matter expert who can inspire and motivate us to
evolve and build a strong capability in this area. You will need resilience and patience to evangelise to and educate
local support teams and other non-support functions and give them the confidence so they can trust us with
managing this critical area of planning.
Improving Efficiency: As leaders in for-profit organizations, help identify ways to improve financial efficiency.
Managing Relationships with Stakeholders: Manage relationships with a company’s investors, partners, and other
external stakeholders. Qualification & Experience
Valid Chartered AccountantAdvanced degree in Accounting, CPA or CMA preferredProven working experience as a Financial Controller5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experienceThorough knowledge of accounting principles and proceduresProficiency with accounting software and administration skillsExperience with creating financial statementsExperience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close processStrong understanding of tax codes and lawsStrong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, a flair for numbers, highly organized, excellent
leadership skills
