The role is responsible for managing the overall administration , industrial relations, int’l / external audits and legal compliance of all plants located at various states of India as per the organizational goals and objectives Be accountable for all compliance, approvals, audit requirements and certificates required for smooth functioning of the plantEnsure that resources are adequately planned and available at all times (raw material, spares, manpower, fuel, power etc.) …
Manage Social Accountability initiatives and interventionsTo ensure compliance of all statutory and legal requirements in theFactory, Depots, Noida Showroom, Panipat, Rudrapur & Jaipur factory
To ensure compliance of SA 8000:2014, C-TPAT, SMETA, BVQI audit
Attend to various Buyer audits and ensure expected standards are met
Conducting Internal Compliance Audit against SA 8000:2014
Attending to cases of Legal Matters and representing the organization in the judiciary
Execution of legal contracts/ agreement with contractors/ supporting manufacturers, transporters, hired go downs etc.Ensuring compliance to various applicable industry and labour laws such as Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act 1946, Industrial Disputes Act 1947, Factories Act 1948, Contract Labour Act 1970 etc. Also, to ensure compliance as per the new Labour and industrial laws (Wage code, IR code, OSHWC Code, Code on social Security) as and when it’s applicable.
