Job Description : For Sartorius Stedim India Pvt. Ltd, we are looking for a Lead Software Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The Lead Software Developer will be driving the product execution/Program Increment for responsible product/module on technical aspect. They will also be responsible for technically lead a team and align on technical direction.
What you will accomplish together with us:
Be an individual contributor and technically lead a team of developers
Plan, design, lead & execute technical solutions & Improvements
Determine the root cause of the complex software issues & develop practical, efficient & permanent solutions
Manage work/assignments to team members & ensure on time delivery with desired quality
Collaborate with team to identify & fix technical problems
Providing technical expertise and mentoring to the software development teams to ensure the smooth progress the planned work items
Work with architecture team in determining process improvements & coding best practices
Create & Implement technical risk mitigation plan & participate in software audit
Active contributor in technical hiring & ramp-up of new hire in team
Support architecture team in monitoring compliance within technical standards
Ensuring proper documentation of software design and developing processes in order to produce appropriate procedures for our product use
Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure the technical deliveries is aligned with product/module requirements & timelines
Can play as release manager role for team and define strategies for SW version management together with product owner & configuration manager
Can play a role of scrum master to refine backlog with product owner, plan the sprint & organize retrospective meeting
What will convince us:
University degree (B.E./MCA or equivalent) in relevant field, i.e. Information technology, Computer Science
Minimum of 10 years of expertise in one or more of the following technologies: C#/.Net/WPF
Configuration Management – GIT/SVN/TFS
Solving problems and believe in continuous learning and continuous improvement
Knowledge in relevant agile framework e.g. Kanban, Scrum, SAFe framework
Experience in microservice architecture, cloud development and DevOps
