Job Description : Manager, Finance – Operations
Location – Bangalore
Position Overview:
Position will closely work with CBO franchise team, CBO Bottling partner and larger OU networked team and enable achievement of planned business outcomes and deliver Work that Matters the Most
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Proactively provide required information/ analytics to drive performance across franchise and continuously improvise
Engage and generate dialogue routines with larger franchise team to build the right culture and behavior
Drive best value for DFR/DME spends of the franchise, spend optimization thru generation of relevant dialogue before commitment and post spend review
Guide and work with PS team to ensure smooth day to day transaction processing for smooth business operation
Granular Business/ Spend Planning, scenario building and regular dialogue to ensure delivery of business results
Provide guidance and supervision to ensure Governance and Compliance across franchise operations
Work with Networked team in driving various initiatives e.g. RGM, Innovation, etc.
Drive Digitisation and Automation initiatives across operations
Education Requirements:
Chartered Accountant or MBA with 6-9 years of relevant experience
Related Work Experience:
Functional Skills:
Accounting and Audit Management (USGAAP & SOX knowledge is must)
Planning and Analytics
Direct and Indirect Tax
SAP P2P and FICO
