About Administrations Teams in India
India Administration teams support US & Canada large market & mid-market clients by administering their Health benefits “HB” and defined benefit (“DB”) pension plans. Our India team consists of ~350 colleagues and support 85 clients in North America providing 18-hour coverage five days a week.
Summary
As a Senior Analyst, your core responsibility will be processing the inputs received from member/participant, client or carrier to ensure that the client database is up to date and member/participant has correct information. In this role, you will report to the Assistant/Team Manager and will have the following additional responsibilities
Responsibilities
Maintaining quality as per defined SLAsCompleting assigned tasks within TATEnsuring compliance of all internal policiesProcess improvementProviding timely updates to internal stakeholders and onshore counterparts.
Succeeding as a Senior Analyst – Operations, will require the following core qualifications and skills
1 – 2.5 years of relevant work experience.Knowledge of Defined Benefits or Health Benefits domainGood verbal & written communication skillsGood command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word)Attention to detailAbility to multi task
Note – The candidate should be flexible to work in shifts.
Due to COvid-19, we have offered a more flexible office location/remote work arrangement, this is at the discretion of the organization and the leadership and is subject to change at any time. It is understood that all our employees will be provided 1 month notice, once the remote work arrangement changes and post that, the expectation is that all employees will reside within the Hiring Zones identified by the organization.
