Payoneer is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our extremely fast-growing global Fintech business. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, high energy environment with an ability to deal with multiple tasks at the same time. this role will be based in Bangalore, India.

Key Responsibilities
Define a cutting-edge marketing plan for the product lines which includes product positioning, product launches & promotions.
Own the product positioning in the market by defining the product market fit, identifying the buyer perception, mapping competition and effectively devising the product differentiation
Responsible for launch of new products & features in the market, and for the ongoing success of launched products
Drive feature & business adoption for the product lines by effective & compelling campaigns
Work with the Sales and Account Management teams to understand in-market needs and deliver customer facing content for the product lines
Collaborate closely with field marketing & service delivery org in Marketing to develop and implement an effective mix of marketing strategies and tactics
Effectively use data & analytics to identify trends and plan customer communication; drive usage of dashboards & metric based decisions

Skills, Qualification and Experience

4+ years of overall experience, with 2+ years in product marketing, digital media, marketing or product management
BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience. An MBA degree is a plus
Exceptional communication skills– written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills
Ability to work cross-functionally across time zones, and in a team and/or matrixed environment
Ability to influence business partners and key stakeholders

The following would be considered a plus for candidates:

Experience designing and launching new business programs from the ideation phase through executive buy-in, to post-launch optimization
Experience in the Payments and Banking industry.
