Primary Responsibilities:
Be able to work with stake holders and understand the demand and supply gap and plan the learning programs based on time, cost, availability of trainers internally and on need basis coordinate the external vendors
Be able to evaluate, analysis and create / Map a training/ learning program for the team (for tech skills) leadership programs for mid-level managers
Taking a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring risks and issues are identified, addressed, and reported and, where appropriate, escalated
Manage stakeholders who are involved in the projects and programs in the program
Make sure deliverables are aligned across the projects and programs in the program
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
Graduate/postgraduate with around 8+ years of experience in large enterprise business/Organizations
8+ years of experience in working areas around Program management/capability building/ training/business transformation/Knowledge management/ digital curator etc.
Experience establishing priorities, meeting deadlines, and organizing work effectively
Experience managing a team
Deep and extensive knowledge of the business requirements in creating and deploying learning solutions
Strong on Data reporting, analytics, putting a governance model
Proven stakeholder management skills
Ability to assess and understand the business requirement in collaboration with business portfolios
Ability to successfully embed change initiatives in a multi-site geography environment
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Preferred Qualifications:
Data Visualization knowledge
Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Tableau
Good communication and written skills
Professional, internal customer-focus demeanor
