Responsibilities
Provide executive management and regional management with advice on the financial
implications of business activities. Provide change management and partner with
stakeholders on operational decision-making.
Oversee regional financial and accounting system controls and standards to ensure timely …
financial and business intelligence reports for management and/or Board use.
Lead a team of financial professionals that provide full financial and commercial support
to the regional operations. Work with business group leaders and global FP&A on annual
budget.
Raise the bar and grow the skills of the accounting and finance team. Organize and plan
changes in the team to ensure optimum efficiency.
Ensure monthly financial reporting is reviewed for accuracy and submitted on a timely
basis to global finance.
Manage regional cash flow, in particular Invoicing, AR balances to ensure days sales
outstanding is on target.
Take responsibility for the successful implementation of a global ERP system (NetSuite)
in each of your region’s entities.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for timely completion of annual audit
requirements, tax filings in multiple jurisdictions, transfer pricing agreements, and global
information for use at the consolidated level.
Ensure maintenance of effective internal controls to assure safeguarding of assets and
reliability of financial statements.
Create a solid link between the corporate accounting functions and the local financial &
operational teams.
Develop ways to continually improve processes to ensure timely and accurate budget
analysis and financial review for management team.
Oversee the management of the facilities department for various locations including
security, housekeeping, etc. Qualifications
The ideal candidate must exhibit the ability to think creatively and strategically; communicate at a
high level, both verbally and in written form; work well with a variety of people; manage a large
number of projects at one time; and establish positive relationships with internal and external
customers. Further, the ideal candidate must possess the ability to provide financial leadership to
drive continuous improvement in business results and operating efficiencies. To achieve these
goals, it is critical that the Regional Finance Leader possesses the following background:
Positive cultural leader, champion and motivator with presence and ability to energize
and motivate the organization while delegating accountability. Is able to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-
paced business environment. Possess strong interpersonal skills for negotiating, presenting and resolving complex
issues.
15+ years’ progressive INTERNATIONAL accounting or finance leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; Chartered Accountant
certification required; MBA preferred
Knowledge of US GAAP and local accounting standards, as well as regulatory
accounting practices
Experience with global ERP accounting systems(Netsuite, Financial Force, SAP)
preferred
Understanding of consolidation of subsidiaries including foreign currency translation,
comprehensive income
Professional services industry experience preferred
Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills with exceptional attention to
detail abilities
Personal drive, energy and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented
environment with high expectations for responsiveness.
