We invite you to be the Sales leader for this program where you will be in charge of the complete customer acquisition and channel activation strategy, within Digital eco-system, partner brands, issuers and card networks. The role requires a seasoned sales professional with proven track record and experience in go-to-market of large-scale products in a complex, multi-channel environment.
Looking for “Growth and Partnership Manager or Lead”
Responsibilities

Design the Credit Card Go-to-market strategy and sales vision for Eco-system and partner channelsBuild a sales team from grounds up to significantly scale the credit card acquisition through the offline channel including FoS and Contact centerCreate and drive a detailed acquisition plan with the lender- partnersDevise the best-in-class onboarding processes & journeys to maximize conversion and approval ratesWork as a bridge between market & product team to optimize the customer experience for growthOwn the Acquisition, Activation and Sales Targets
Desired Profile

8+ yrs experience in retail Sales of financial products through physical channelsExperience in domain of unsecured lending products is mandatoryExperience of leading national teams and sales of large-sale programsProven track record of driving accelerated growthExperience in call center channel is preferableShould be able to the drive sales vision along with process orientationAbility to engage with and influence partners to align to our sales goals
