We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:
Act as a Global Subject Matter Expert for email technologies, primarily Microsoft Outlook (version Microsoft 365 App for Enterprise, 2013/2016/2019), Microsoft Outlook mobile app & Intune policy, Microsoft Outlook on Mac, Outlook on the Web.
Expert working and engineering knowledge of Microsoft Outlook 2013 and later (GPO, automation, troubleshooting, add-in management, security management, patching, SCCM) on large deployments. Solid knowledge on other M365 services (e.g. Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams) and Azure will be an advantage.
Help define email product roadmaps and keep other areas of HSBC informed about the Technological infrastructure capabilities available.
Support new email large scale projects (such as the migration / adoption of M365 Exchange Online) and initiatives aimed at IT optimization & cost reduction, increase user productivity & security, support business growth or meet regulatory requirements.
Work on DevOps/Agile operation process and tooling’s.
Setup CICD pipeline integrating with tools like GIT Repo and run Terraform jobs to create infrastructure in Azure.
Write scripts using Power Automate, Power Apps and Logic Apps.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
A track record of delivering significant change which improves business effectiveness and customer experience in sustainable ways.
Proven experience of leading others and creating an environment that supports and inspires people to develop and deliver.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience of successfully influencing others, negotiating effectively and winning over audiences with compelling and persuasive presentations.
A successful track record of leading significant and complex business programmes, overcoming challenges to consistently meet/exceed objectives.
Minimum 12 to 15 years of IT experience.
Minimum 10 years of support and engineering working experience in email technology.
