Financial Reporting & Analytics – Finance
About the opportunity
We are seeking highly capable and multidisciplinary team members to build our Business Consulting – Finance (BC Finance) offering to our clients. We are seeking Consultants and Senior Consultants.
About you
Focus on performance improvement, cost management, activity based costing, financial modelling and helping CFOs to assess and improve their finance function
Work in multidisciplinary teams, provide insights and recommendations on people, processes and systems and work with clients to deliver performance improvements
You will deepen your subject matter expertise as part of a global network of finance advisory professionals and get the opportunity to work on global projects
We are looking for top class Finance Performance Improvement Professionals with all or few of the below mentioned roles:
Staff/Senior – 4-8 years of consulting experience
Education – BE/B.Tech. /ME/MTech/BBA/CA/ MBA
Experience with creating and maintaining automated reporting solutions using business intelligence tools (Power BI(Preferred), Tableau)
Able to handle advance SQL operations
Candidate must have Alteryx hands-on skills and experience in Alteryx Designer, Alteryx Server, and the tools with Alteryx such as Predictive, Parsing, and Transforms
Good Understanding of Power BI DAX Functions and Power Query and Power BI Service
Good in understanding and capturing the requirement and representing it in a meaningful way to achieving the purpose of the report
Sound understanding of BI Best Practices/Methodologies, relational structures, dimensional data modelling (OLAP, OLTP, etc.), structured query language (SQL) skills, data warehouse and reporting techniques (including ETL techniques).
Integrating data from multiple sources and develop data from multiple sources
Programming/scripting experience and knowledge of software development life cycle is preferred
Understanding of data integration issues (validation and cleaning), familiarity with complex data and structures
Analyzing, transforming and explaining simple and complex data
Experience performing quality assurance functions as they relate to data validation and reporting
Supports data analytics strategies and reporting within the department
You are ideally a current or past high performer in a global consulting firm who holds a professional qualification (B.E/B.Tech (Tier I/II Colleges). You aspire to grow your business networks and have a track record of building strong relationships with high profile clients.
