Job Description
You are responsible for
Engage in discussing client requirements and assess technical feasibility / development effort with product owner
Sketch implementation solution and align with system architect and product owner
Develop and test code for back log items according to an agile process
Analyse system behaviour and identify possible issues
Be able to review design & call out for gaps for associated platform components/modules.
Define, document and validate interfaces to other systems / system components
Contribute to system or end user documentation (e.g. operating manuals or training material)
Participate in assessment of relevant technologies
Maintain system quality through appropriate measures such as test definition / execution
Work in close cooperation with development teams in Aachen, Germany and Bangalore, India

You would be part of developing an ecosystem for integration of applications into the clinical & operational workflow.
In this team you would be working closely with multiple groups within Philips, external companies and our customers to provide an integrated, holistic offering of healthcare information technology in the cloud that is able to make a difference to patients and clinicians in the field of artificial intelligence.
You will be part of the Engineering team located in Philips India PIC, Bangalore working in close collaboration with team located in Aachen / Cologne (Germany).
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
10+ years of Fullstack hands-on development Experience(with focus on backend) in C#,.Net , ASP.NET Core .
Good experience in working with microservices architecture and S.O.L.I.D. design principles.
Experience and mindset to develop highest quality code including high quality (unit) tests
Good to have – Angular,Typescript,CSS3,Javascript
Solid Experience communication technologies and protocols (e.g. HTTP, REST, WebSockets), ideally also in clinical IT environments (e.g. DICOM, HL7, FHIR)
Experience in migrating solutions from On-Prem to the Cloud.
Experience in relevant technologies for system deployment, e.g. Docker, CloudFoundry
Experienced as member of agile teams with different cultures / locations
Experience in working in SAFe development methodologies.
Understanding of methods and algorithms related to advanced analytics / machine learning / artificial intelligence as well as relevant toolkits would be a plus
Experience in relevant technologies for system deployment, e.g. Docker or CloudFoundry
Experience in source control tools (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines like Azure Devops.
Good written and verbal communication skills to technical stakeholders
Good documentation skills.
Solid track record to deliver, also when under pressure
