Job Description : The Chief Technology Office oversees enabling components inclusive of the top quality engineering and architecture tools and practices, key program management and processes as well as the technology workforce strategy required to make us a leading technology company for our customers, clients and colleagues around the world.This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
7+ years of Software Development Experience
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science.
Strong in Data Structures, Algorithms and Problem Solving Skills
Experience working on Java, J2EE and Spring applications.
Cloud technologies and exposure to AWS, Kubernetes will be a plus.
Experience in programming with Messaging, Caching and UX Grid technologies.
Experience working knowledge on ReactJS and Redux
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ECMA5/6 and UI Frameworks.
Working knowledge on DevOps
Working Knowledge of Unix environment (shell, scripting)
Strong experience in Agile and Test Driven Methodologies
This position requires a strong commitment as a team player: the ability to be proactive and ensure that client expectations and deliverables are met is critical to this role. Ability to understand and meet client expectations.
