Job Description : Looking for an enthusiastic and experienced CA with up to 5 years of work exp with any of the Big 4 to manage the Mumbai office and its operations.You will work to develop your own network and relationships with clients, understand their issues and, from that, develop solutions and drive revenue.You will understand Chugh approach to managing the sales Client pipeline and converting opportunitiesYou will, in conjunction with other members of the regional team, drive the creation, and lead the execution of, a focused Targeting plan to develop our relationships and optimise our revenues/opportunitiesYou will identify opportunities for the client and individuals to target. Lead on developing and driving plansYou will boost sales conversion through deploying rigorous sales processes, pricing, contracting, and negotiation, to win work across multiple channelsYou will build a strong and extensive external network, raising your profile with key businesses and multipliers, including sector specialists lawyers, banks, etc.Knowledge/communication/coachingPerson Requirements· Strong command on law relating to accounts, audit, and taxes· Possess excellent communication skills and be confident speaking to large groups· Ability to develop the team/ train the team· Able to understand the software of return filing and able to have a commanding positionon the aspect of return filing aspects· Ability to understand client new requirements and give feedback· Be confident interacting at the most senior levels internally and externally, while atAt the same time able to interact well with peers and other more junior members ofthe team· Demonstrates good sales behaviors with questioning and listening skills and anability to see the bigger picture· Effective networker with the ability to understand clientJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹2,000,000.00 – ₹2,500,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayMorning shiftExperience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)
