About the position:
Designation: Sr. Devops Engineer
Job Location: Noida
Reporting To: Engineering Lead
Vacancy: 1
Working Days: 5
Experience: 6-9 years
Requirements and skills:
Application Deployment Architecture: You will collaborate with the development team and other stakeholders to design, implement, deploy and monitor the cloud-based infrastructure that will meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Security: You will lead the effort to define and implement a security roadmap that protects our product and our customers from cybersecurity attacks.
Performance: You will develop and maintain a system to monitor the application in production and provide alerts when performance falls outside of defined parameters. You will troubleshoot and resolve production incidents.
Automation: You will implement infrastructure as code principles to ensure consistent configuration of our environments
Required Skills
At least four years of experience with:
AWS cloud infrastructure and holding AWS certification is a big plus.
Different PaaS cloud computing providers like Heroku, Google App Engine, etc.
Proficient with code version control systems and their workflows like GitHub, etc.
Building a highly scalable infrastructure with resiliency.
Proficient with programming languages like Ruby, Java, NodeJS
Experience with SQL and NoSQL (Mongo DB) Databases
Experience with automated continuous integration and deployment tools like CircleCI and Jenkins
Experience with containerization practices and tools like Docker
Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision while meeting project deadlines
