Job Description : Basic Qualifications

6+ years delivering instructor-led curriculum
7+ years leadership experience managing training teams (with direct reports) that deliver in-person, instructor-led training materials
Experience working with industry standard Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track and measuring training results and learning effectiveness
Experience managing the review and quality assurance processes for training content and materials
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members in a global environment
Experience analyzing and presenting essential training and performance metrics using tools like Microsoft Excel & Tableau
Experience developing and implementing department goals and strategies based on broader organization goals
React quickly and efficiently to production imperatives, scheduling conflicts and network-wide rollouts
Drives best practices standardization across all sites in region
Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
An undergraduate degree in HR Management, Communications, Curriculum Development or other relevant field
Ability to travel internationally to work with program stakeholders and assist with operations
Willing to work in staggered shifts.

We are looking for a Senior Training Manager to lead CXQO Training Delivery Operations across all sites. The includes, coordinating site level hiring based on staffing forecasts, scheduling and overseeing the delivery of content by Training Specialists. Identifying scope of improvement, reporting gaps in Training modules and Spearheading Implementation through Learning and Experience teams. Actively partner with operations leadership teams to design scalable, measurable and effective knowledge improvement initiatives as per business requirements. The position involves regular communication with senior leadership on status, risks, and change control, for which cross-team coordination, writing, project management, and executive presentation skills are essential.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced learning professional and People Manager. They will have a strong history of leading successful training initiatives for queue-based operational associates and hourly leadership. They will also feel comfortable using performance data to identify gaps and opportunities in associates training, provide input into process and tool improvement initiatives.
To be successful in this position, you need to be comfortable partnering with and driving various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the company and around the world, including but not limited to Global IT, Finance, Tax, Legal, HR, Recruitment, and Operations. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, self-possession, humor, drive, and the ability to problem solve. You will be well suited to this role if you excel in managing a variety of job responsibilities, are customer-focused, resourceful, team-oriented, and have an ability to work independently under time constraints. You should have a proven record of accomplishment in taking on end-to-end meaty problems, and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Job Responsibilities

Lead Site Training Managers & their teams based out of all CXQO sites.
Collaborate with Site Leaders, Operations teams on a regular basis to understand Training needs on up-skilling and cross-skilling.
Create Training Metrics Dashboards to measure and share performance.
End-to-end ownership of the associate training programs for all sites, which includes needs analysis, management, execution of training and on job performance.
Ensure that new hires and current employees are learning new skills, quickly develop the knowledge and ability to settle in and become experts at what they do.
Match needs with existing work queues of learning content and facilitate delivery and completion of training.
Identify gaps in existing learning content and work with network teams to innovate, feeding back needs, participating in creation and testing of content.
Play an integral role in gathering Internal customer feedback on key network training initiatives.
Take a data driven approach to understand performance issues and drive action plan to improve the quality and effectiveness of training and coaching at individual site level.
Build relationships and influence site leadership team to address issues that inhibit effective learning.
Partner with different stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the quality of training and coaching.
Lead projects (with support from global training team) to continuously improve the design of training materials, the quality of our instruction methodology, and effectiveness of our coaching interventions.

Key job responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

7+ years of experience leading training teams that deliver world class training and learning programs
Basic audio/video production/editing experience using one or more eLearning tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, or similar
Experience leading process improvement initiatives to drive reduction in learning curve via peripheral improvements (e.g. improvements to associate tools or policies)
Experience analyzing and presenting detailed or advanced metrics using tools like Tableau, data warehouses, SQL, XML or similar
Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
