Job Description : DIRECT PATEINT CAREØ Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.Ø Monitor record and report symptoms and change in patient conditionØ Record patient medical information and vital signsØ Direct and supervise less skilled nursingØ Prepare patients for and assist with examinations & treatmentsØ Observes nurses and visit patients to ensure that proper nursing care is providedØ Conduct specified laboratory testsØ Co Ordinate infection control programs, advising and consulting with specified personnel about necessary precautionsØ Sterile instruments, equipment and supplier and ensure that stock of supplies is maintainedØ To maintain the personal hygiene of the patients including bathing care of mouth , back, nails hair etcØ Care of pressure points as neededØ To assist the patient in elimination, offering and removing the bedpans and urinalsØ Bed making, assist in feeding the weak & debilitated patientsØ Supervisions of dietØ Assist in physiotherapy, ambulation and rehabilitationØ Carry our patients teaching and demonstration according to needØ Assist in administration of intravenous injections, infusion and transfusionØ Administration of medicine and injections to the patientsØ Observing, recording and reporting of vital signs e.g. T.P.R. and Blood PressureØ Carry out technical procedure such as Naso-Gastric Intubation, Gastric Lavage, Oxygen Therapy, Dressing & Irrigations Enema, Catheterization, hot & Cold applications suction etcØ Collecting, labeling and dispatch of specimensØ Urine testing for sugar & albuminØ Observations, recording and reporting of all procedures & Test.B : Ward Management Ø Handling over and taking over charge of patients and ward Inventory in each shiftØ Maintenance of therapeutic environment in the wardØ Keeping the ward cleanØ Routine care and cleaning of dressing trolleys, cupboard, apparatus mackintosh etcØ Disinfection of linen, beds, floor and bedpans and fumigation of rooms etc.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per monthSchedule:Rotational shiftEducation:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:Nursing: 1 year (Required)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Hindi (Preferred)License/Certification:Nursing License (Preferred)
