Our EY GDS Cybersecurity practice has grown exponentially since its inception and continues to experience this accelerated growth. As part of the EY GDS Cybersecurity practice, you will contribute to the rapid expansion of our business through exception client service, quality and value in service delivery, and business development across global regions, accounts and sectors.
The opportunity
We’re looking for a range of professionals who have experience and technical skills across different Cybersecurity domains and can help deliver value to our clients through the breadth and depth of their expertise. Depending on the level of experience, individuals are expected to contribute and influence growth of the practice through the quality of service delivery, management of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, mentoring and coaching of junior professionals, achieve operation metrics and support solution and service sales to our global clients.
Your key responsibilities
Engage in Cybersecurity consulting, implementation and managed services projects one or more of the following domains:
Cyber Governance and Strategy
Cyber Risk and Compliance
Threat Detection & Response
Vulnerability Identification & Remediation
Identity & Access Management
Data Privacy & Protection
Security Architecture & Engineering
Cyber Managed Service
Drive / support development of new solutions through collaboration with individuals and teams across the firm.
Drive / support development of new assets and enablers.
Ensure operational metrics for self / team are achieved.
Strengthen / develop expertise in specific industry sectors.
Deliver exceptional client service and build / strengthen relationships with our clients across the globe.
Ensure strict adherence to our global code of conduct.
Skills and attributes for success
Strong knowledge of cyber / information security concepts, risk and controls concepts
Strong knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001/2, ISO 22301, ISO 27018, PCI – DSS, NIST standards on Cyber Security, HITRUST, etc.
Strong knowledge of regulations such as FISMA, HIPAA, Reg SCI, MAS, etc.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, concepts of OSI layer and protocols, networking and security concepts
Knowledge of OS (Windows / Linux) security, Database security
Expertise / knowledge on leading Cybersecurity tools and products including Sailpoint, CyberArk, Splunk, QRadar, Azure Sentinel, Carbon Black, CrowdStrike, Symantec, Forcepoint, Azure IP, O365 DLP, MS PKI, Nessus, Kali Linux, Burpsuite, HP Fortify, Checkmarx, Venafi, BigID etc.
Familiar with OWASP and Secure SDLC standards / frameworks
Knowledge of IT infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, IDS, IPS, etc.)
Security operations, support and managed services experience
Expertise in securing technologies such as Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP, SAP), Operational Technologies (ICS, SCADA), IoT, Blockchain.
Knowledge of Security architecture design and review
To qualify for the role, you must have
Graduates / BE – B. Tech / MCA / M. Sc (Stats, Maths, Computer Science) / MBA with background in computer science and programming
2-20 Years of relevant experience.
Strong communication skills and executive presence.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Project management skills
CISSP, CISA, CISM, OSCP, CREST, SANS
Relevant security product certifications in architecture, engineering and administration.
