Job Description : We are searching for an innovative technical lead to join our company. As the technical lead, you will utilize your time writing critical and challenging codes, overseeing the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyzing briefs, writing progress reports, identifying risks, and developing work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.To be successful as a technical lead, you should always be expanding your industry knowledge and be able to quickly identify problems. Outstanding technical leads are accountable, trustworthy, and able to build lasting relationships with their teams.You’ll Be Responsible For: Writing critical, challenging codesReviewing codes created by the team and making the necessary changesDetermining project requirements and developing work schedules for the teamLiaising with team members to ensure projects are completed to the standardEnsure that the code is written with SOLID design principles and non-functional requirements in mindAnalyzing existing operations and scheduling meetings to discuss improvementsIdentifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possibleUpdating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as requiredMotivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successesAchieving daily, weekly, and monthly goalsKeeping up-to-date with industry trends and developmentsSome Must Haves: More than 1 year of experience reviewing code as a leadMore than 2 years of JavaScript-based coding experienceMust know how to create, connect to and use databases from codeExcellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skillsStrong leadership and organizational abilitiesExcellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skillsNice to Have: More than 1 year of experience reviewing code as a peerExperience in web development or app development (Android, iOS).
